Founding Analyst, 11.2025 to present, Berkeley, CA

I was one of the founding analysts at BREIG. The work is structuring debt on Bay Area property, modeling capital stacks, and figuring out what a sponsor actually earns after the lenders are paid. I also set up the BREIG Case Competition so other students could get a real look at residential real estate.

    • Credit & Collateral. Debt structuring and capital stacks are credit work with a building as the collateral.
    • Democratized Access. The case competition I set up gave about 150 students a real look at residential real estate.
    • Real Estate. BREIG is a real estate investment group. I structured debt on Bay Area property there.
    • University of California, Berkeley. BREIG is a Berkeley student organization.
    • Excel. The models were built in Excel.
    • Financial Modeling. Capital stack and sponsor return models are what I built there.
