PAYPayments
Money movement, card networks, settlement
This is the thing I keep coming back to. How people actually spend money, and what has to exist underneath for that to work. Every job I have had touches it from a different angle.
Connects to
- Apocor. Apocor's product is payment and card rails for businesses.
- Chainlink Labs. The SWIFT work was about moving tokenized value between banks, which is a payment problem.
- Decentralized Exchange Platform. Every swap on it was a settlement.
- Gether. Gether is a card. Every transaction on it is a payment that settles through the card networks.
- Compliance. Moving money for other people is a regulated activity. Compliance is part of the payment.
- Credit & Collateral. A card is a payment on top of a credit line. You cannot separate the two.
- Democratized Access. The point of working on payments, for me, is giving more people more ways to spend what they have.
- Privacy & Self-Custody. Who can see a payment is a design decision. I care about that decision.
- Stablecoins & Rails. Stablecoins are the settlement layer under most of the payment products I have worked on.
